Welcome to Amtel Libnenieh by Nicole and Atelier de la Vie.
WHO AM I?
I’m Nicole, and my journey has always been about blending the world of technology with my love for creativity and tradition. I studied Business Management with a focus on Management Information Systems, and spent over ten years working as a programmer and software analyst. However, I eventually made the decision to fully dedicate myself to my family.
WHAT IS AMTEL LEBNENIYEH?
Growing up in a home where Lebanese proverbs were a constant part of everyday life, I was deeply inspired by my parents and grandparents. The wisdom they shared shaped how I raised my own children, and I made it my mission to preserve these traditions and pass them on.
As my children grew up and, like many young Lebanese, left the country, I felt motivated to find a way to keep the spirit of Lebanon alive in their lives. That’s when the idea for Amtel Libnenieh was born—a game that celebrates Lebanese proverbs. I wanted to create something fun, engaging, and educational, a way for people of all ages to reconnect with the rich cultural heritage of Lebanon.
WHAT IS ATELIER DE LA VIE?
Despite my technical background, I've always had a passion for manual arts. I found joy in working with my hands—whether it was macramé, crochet, knitting, or cross-stitch. I started designing in these fields, using computer programs to enhance my creations, and soon realized that this was the path I truly wanted to follow. That’s when I launched my project, Atelier de la Vie—because I believe, “We shape our lives with our own hands”.
Through Atelier de la Vie, I offer a wide range of handmade creations, each reflecting my love for tradition and craftsmanship:
Macramé: Plant hangers, bracelets, and Christmas decorations.
Cross-Stitch: Custom pieces for any occasion—births, birthdays, baptisms, weddings, and anniversaries.
Crochet: Table runners, coasters, cushions, blouses, and accessories.
Knitting: Baby layettes, jackets, scarves, and more.
I am truly passionate about what I do, and I believe in the beauty of handmade art and preserving the essence of Lebanese culture.
